As a well-experienced manufacturer, Excel components MFG Co., Ltd has the latest inspection technology and complete types of inspection equipment, we are able to obtain the extremely precise data and submit the full-dimensional inspection report to our customers on each order/product.
Our quality control team is trained regularly with new inspecting technologies and methods. Basically, each order is checked by hourly, lot, and final inspections. Even we check the quality and process at the secondary suppliers.
We can also offer the PPAP, APQP, SPC, IPQC, AQL documents if need.

INSPECTION EQUIPMENT
When it comes to quality, we insist on strict quality control. Excel has sufficient and professional inspection equipments. For general dimension, we use 2.5D profile projector to check. For products with heat treatment or plating, Vickers, Rockers hardness tester and Salt Spray Tester will be used to ensure every products that meet the high-quality standard specified by customers.
