Strength And Service

We possess CNC machining centers, Swiss-type lathes, sliding headstock lathes, CNC composite turning-milling centers, and machining centers, among others. Our machining capabilities allow for the production of various complex metal parts. We can also process a wide range of materials, including carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper, and plastics.

Furthermore, we offer various surface treatments to enhance parts’ corrosion resistance, durability, and appearance. Commonly used treatments include chemical plating, zinc plating, zinc-nickel alloy plating, black nickel plating, black oxide (also known as blackening), electrophoretic coating, phosphating, anodizing, blackening, QPQ treatment, passivation, grinding, broach and engraving. We also provide Rilsan coating to meet diverse customer needs.
